Calcium Aluminate Cement linings

CAC linings are spray applied in the refurbishment and new works protection of waste water treatment plants for tanks, filtration beds, screening channels, grease chambers, sedimentation tanks, chambers, pipe lines, flow channels and filtration beds.

CCS is an accredited applicator for CAC application throughout Africa and has completed over 500tons of application.

PVC and membrane linings

PVC, VAE and TPO linings are applied in areas for roofing waterproofing, canal lining, tank lining, bunded areas and channels for water collection as well as water flow and waterproofing.

CCS has completed numerous lining contracts using these solutions including the lining of fisheries tanks, irrigation canals, bunded areas, water tanks and roofing solutions.

Bitumen shingle

CCS are importers for the supply and application of bitumen shingle products for roofing and re-roofing.

Bitumen shingle are becoming more and more popular in the South African housing market due to the precise and aesthetically pleasing final product complimenting
the structure.

General construction chemical supply

CCS supplies various construction chemical solutions including bitumen emulsions, acrylic emulsions, epoxy and polyurethane coatings and adhesives, drainage layers, jointing membranes and sealants, primers and concrete repair medium.
